We couldn't let this one go without a big shout-out to the seniors from Notre Dame High School!
A couple of weeks ago they came out to His Haven for a work day, and once again, wow. These students show up ready to work. Cleaning, painting, moving, organizing: you give them a job and they jump right in, and somehow they always overdeliver.
There's something special about watching a group of seniors roll up their sleeves and spend their time serving their community. They accomplished in just a few hours what could have taken us days to get done.
To the Notre Dame seniors and staff who came alongside us: thank you for your hard work, your willingness to tackle whatever we put in front of you, and especially the great attitudes you brought with you.
